About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Community Physicians Group to oversee the administration and operations of a multi-specialty physician group. This position reports directly to the CEO and will play a crucial role in leading strategy, growth, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will drive financial performance, patient experience, and provider engagement while ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning, execution, and operational oversight for physician practices.

  • Develop business plans and pro-formas to expand and enhance service offerings.

  • Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

  • Collaborate with leadership and practice managers to enhance physician and staff engagement.

  • Oversee hiring, compensation, and performance of providers and staff.

  • Optimize clinical and business operations to enhance patient care and efficiency.

  • Represent the organization in interactions with community stakeholders, insurers, and regulatory agencies.

  • Participate in planning for new facilities and office spaces.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in health or business administration or a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of progressive practice management experience may be considered in lieu of a master’s degree.

  • At least 7 years of leadership experience in physician practice management or healthcare administration.

  • Management experience to include: financial, human resource and operational management, and a sound understanding of ambulatory care.

  • Ability to develop business plans, and SWOT analyses.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CPPS or CMPE are a plus.

  • Strong understanding and experience working in a matrix organization and leading by influence.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) oversees the financial administration of the facility, including accounting, data processing, materials management, information systems, and financial reporting. This role ensures robust internal controls to safeguard assets and maintains systems to deliver accurate and timely financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive initiatives to foster growth and development of facilities.

  • Evaluate and support strategic ideas with a financial perspective to ensure their success.

  • Consult with regional leadership and corporate offices on financial affairs and objectives.

  • Develop operating policies, procedures, and annual operational and capital budgets.

  • Partner with executive leadership to prepare annual business plans.

  • Review product line analysis and advise facility CEOs and regional leadership.

  • Monitor and adjust expense structures for efficiency and cost reduction.

  • Oversee revenue cycle management to maintain consistent cash flow.

  • Collaborate on managed care contract negotiations to maximize payer agreements.

  • Provide financial and management reports to key stakeholders.

  • Evaluate departmental performance, initiate personnel actions as necessary, and maintain positive employee relations.

  • Represent the facility in community, medical staff, and board meetings.

  • Prepare and deliver financial projections to guide decision-making.

Education & Experience:

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration or Business Administration.

  • CPA certification is advantageous.

  • Experience as a hospital CFO in an integrated health delivery system is highly preferred.

We are seeking a Lean Specialist to plan and implement facility modifications and improve operational methods through continuous improvement techniques. This role involves leading and supporting cross-functional projects, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and build new capabilities. As a change agent, the Lean Specialist will collaborate with organizational leaders to drive improvements and remove barriers to process optimization. 

 

 Key Responsibilities 

- Collaborate with the Lean Leader and/or independently lead cross-functional projects aimed at analyzing and improving workflows and operational efficiency. 

- Conduct studies on cost reduction, inventory control, and production systems. 

- Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to streamline processes and enhance quality. 

- Mobilize and support problem-solving teams to drive process improvements. 

- Co-facilitate Kaizen events to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across operations and office areas. 

- Share best practices with other Lean Specialists and contribute to coordinated improvement plans. 

 

 Qualifications 

 

- Required: 

  - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 

  - 1–3 years of experience in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. 

 

- Preferred: 

  - Certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt. 

  - Over 3 years of experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
