What you will do:  

·        You will be based in our Midland, TX service Center reporting to the Service Center Manager. Years of experience managing a team of 10+ technical employee, provide functional and technical support to the team in coordinating all activities within the assigned region 

·        Manage a diverse team of multi-skilled technicians and rigorously adhere to safety practices and quality standards

·        Ensure that facilities and work areas are safe, clean, and fully operational, handle purchase order of parts and service order execution 

·        Provide effective and timely support to customers and service center team, schedule and coordinate the appropriate and timely deployment of fleet and staff for daily activities and project work

·        Responsible for the maintenance of Electronic Daily Timesheets, drives adherence to business practices and cost controls to ensure profitability, coordinate the timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deployment and resolves fleet discrepancies  for inventory accuracy and cycle counts

·        Assist with Equipment allocation and assist all stakeholders involved in the process, provision of reporting and analysis for Service Center Manager

·        Personally champion and ensure effective adherence to company policies and procedures, able to travel 20 to 30% yearly and be on call 

 

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience: 

·        Minimum of an Associate’s degree or relevant years of experience preferably in the Power generation and HVAC industry 

·        Proficiency in MS Office and prior experience with an ERP system

·        Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, customer service and Leadership skills

·        Strong organizational skills and Skilled at multi-tasking with flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and shifting priorities

·        Management experience in a diverse and technical environment required

Job Description

·        This position is a Senior Application Programmer Analyst position for the ISD ERP and Business Systems department.

·        The position is responsible for providing IT application programming support for the Workday HCM system.

·        The candidate must have knowledge of Workday integration tools such as EIB, Document Transformation, and Workday Studio along with familiarity of Oxygen.

·        Must have previous experience in developing and supporting Workday integrations.

·        Knowledge of web services and creating API calls is a must

·        Additional programming experience in other programming languages such as SQL, C#, .NET, or Java would be a plus.

·        Testing of integrations will be required.

·        Ability to create business requirements a plus

·        On-call required.

 

Qualifications

·        Bachelors degree or four (4) years of industry experience in lieu of degree

·        Licenses/Certifications: Workday Certification is a plus

·        5+ years of Hands on Experience in designing, developing, testing, maintaining and supporting related security.

·        Strong experience with web service integrations (SOAP, WSDL, REST API, XML and XSLT).

·        Advanced computer skills required; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros).

Job Description

The Production Planner role reports to the Administrative Manager, but takes direction from all leadership functions, operations, admin, etc.  This role schedules manufacturing equipment and raw materials to efficiently meet customer demand. The position is responsible for scheduling jobs to minimize downtime, effectively utilizing equipment and to ensuring on-time delivery. This position has indirect contact with customers to ensure our company is providing excellent service and support.

 

What you'll be doing:

·        Responsible for individual and team Safety participation, awareness, training, and ergonomic practices

·        Develop production schedules to meet Customer requirements while minimizing changeovers, downtime, and inventory.

·        Lead daily production schedule meeting to understand plant performance and customer needs to better plan production and raw materials

·        Work directly with suppliers to maximize the plant’s supply chain success through forecasting and effective communication.

·        The Planner role has full raw material purchasing responsibilities with annual spend of roughly $39MM.  Purchases of other items as needed, for example, shipping supplies, pallets, sleeves, stretch wrap etc.

·        Analyze and manage overall plant supply chain and develop strategies to meet goals. Work with production, shipping, and other staff to maintain minimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.

·        Assist in determination of material obsolescence and in purging obsolete inventory from the system.

·        Perform daily, weekly, monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.  Lead year-end inventory count process.

·        Work with plant leadership and customers to address quality and service issues. Implement required counter measures.

·        Support the receipt entry of raw material, services and supplies. (Back-up)

·        This role is a critical member of the SPS/(TPM) Supply Chain Pillar which actively seeks to lean out all processes and reduce waste.

·        Maintain strict controls for accounting and financial excellence. Support month end close and all internal/external audit efforts.

·        Perform weekly audits as scheduled

 

 

This position is located in Dayton, NJ, in our Rigid Paper and Closures Division.
