Overview

As an Account Executive, you’ll help grow market presence and win new business through strategic prospecting, networking, and solution-based selling. This role starts under sales manager guidance and offers the potential to own your own territory long term.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and referrals via prospecting, cold calling, and networking (30%)
Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions using a solution-based selling approach (20%)
Recommend products, plans, data services, and accessories based on business needs
Close deals, negotiate terms, and build long-term business relationships (10%)
Participate in regular training, coaching, and performance development (10%)
Utilize sales tools (CRM, funnel management) and provide reporting/forecasting (10%)
Contribute to special projects or additional duties as needed (10%)
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of B2B sales experience (within the last 2 years preferred)
Demonstrated success in outside sales, cold calling, and prospecting
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to work independently while being a strong team player
Motivated, self-starter with a commission-driven mindset
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
