We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee the Class III Slot product portfolio for the EMEA and LATAM regions. This role is directly responsible for executing new product and market initiatives aligned with strategic goals. You will lead market evaluations, assess product feasibility, and drive commercial strategies to capitalize on opportunities that increase revenue, market share, and profitability.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Implement a clear product vision and strategy to support the Class III slot product portfolio and business goals for EMEA and LATAM regions.

- Develop, define, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring efficient delivery of products on time.

- Collaborate with game development studios to design top-tier games and provide input on future titles, overseeing the Game Product Agreements (GPAs).

- Track product launches, manage risks, and identify new growth opportunities.

- Work with the Sales team to present new product ideas to customers.

- Identify product risks and opportunities based on KPI trends, and develop execution plans.

- Synthesize game content and mechanics into a format that excites and educates internal and external stakeholders.

- Provide guidance for go-to-market and product growth efforts for new game releases.

- Manage the tradeshow planning process, including game mix decisions and coordination with operational and technical teams.

- Offer actionable recommendations to the Sales team on commercial strategies and objectives.

- Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and policy changes.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and schedules.

- Implement best practices to improve the effectiveness of product teams in EMEA & LATAM.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

- 8-10 years of experience in a slot machine (EGM) related role.

- Based in either Barcelona, Spain, or London, England.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.

- Proficiency in the Microsoft D365 Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

- Passion for games, entertainment, and people.

We are seeking a Program Director to lead our Responsible Gameplay (RG) initiatives. This role has been created to support our commitment to becoming a leader in RG as part of our broader Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda.

 

As Program Director, you will focus on executing key RG priorities, especially across the EMEA region. Your role will involve providing expert guidance to teams and driving a culture that prioritizes responsible gameplay. A key focus will be the integration of our newest business operations, with a large team based in the EMEA region.

 

We are looking for someone with a passion for innovation, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to build productive relationships across the business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Help foster a strong RG culture and contribute to delivering RG commitments as part of a global team.

- Support and execute RG awareness activities, with a focus on EMEA teams and business units.

- Develop and implement a strategy for RG within the newly integrated business unit, aligned with overall RG priorities.

- Lead internal workstreams, oversee strategy delivery, and ensure effective communication and collaboration.

- Assist in developing an RG technology pipeline, including potential trials.

- Work with corporate teams to prepare strategy updates, public disclosures, educational materials, and other content.

- Manage and oversee policy frameworks related to RG, providing advice on compliance and supporting product and marketing teams.

- Build relationships with key RG organizations to bring best practices into the business.

- Collaborate with industry associations and external organizations on RG initiatives.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

- 8+ years in a regulated, high-compliance industry, ideally in gaming or similar operations.

- 8+ years of project or program management experience in technology or consumer-focused businesses.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and functions.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Experience in working in a global environment, with flexibility regarding time zones.

- Familiarity with corporate social responsibility, community outreach, or consumer support programs is an advantage.

- Ability to present to leadership teams and represent the company externally.

- High personal integrity, reliability, and maturity.
