Position Overview

The Junior IT Network Administrator will be responsible for installing and configuring software, setting up hardware, and providing technical support for software-related issues. This role demands hands-on troubleshooting, a collaborative approach, and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

This position is 100% on-site, working directly with employees across various levels in the organization and reporting to the IT Systems Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Software Installation: Install new software on computers and laptops as needed, including Microsoft Office Suite and Avionte.

  • Configuration: Set up and configure laptops, printers, and other hardware with necessary software.

  • User Support: Provide technical support for software and connectivity issues (hardware expertise not required).

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and report technical problems, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in both office and manufacturing environments to address IT needs.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar IT role.

  • Ability to work 100% on-site in Goshen, IN.

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting with a mix of blue-collar and white-collar employees.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently under the guidance of a manager located in another country.
