About the Role
Are you an experienced hospital case management leader looking to drive strategic initiatives across multiple hospital sites? We are seeking a Group Director of Case Management to oversee utilization management, care transitions, and operational efficiencies across multiple facilities.
This role requires a strong leader, mentor, and consultant who can implement case management best practices, improve patient throughput, and ensure regulatory compliance while optimizing revenue cycle processes.
What Youβll Do
β
Strategic Leadership β Execute case management strategies across multiple hospitals, aligning with Tenetβs national standards.
β
Optimize Utilization Management β Lead efforts to improve level of care, length of stay, and payer authorizations.
β
Support & Develop Hospital Directors β Guide Directors of Case Management, assist in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development.
β
Enhance Patient Throughput β Ensure efficient patient transitions and compliance with CMS regulations.
β
Monitor & Improve KPIs β Utilize the Case Management Scorecard to drive hospital utilization performance and reduce denials.
β
Physician Engagement β Provide education and feedback to medical staff on hospital utilization and revenue cycle processes.
β
Regulatory Compliance β Ensure adherence to state, federal, and accreditation standards while implementing best practices.
β
Oversee Post-Acute Networks β Manage relationships with post-acute care providers to ensure smooth transitions.
What You Bring
β Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LMSW) β Active license required in the state(s) covered.
β Bachelorβs degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Administration (Masterβs preferred).
β 5+ years of acute hospital case management or healthcare leadership experience.
β Multi-site hospital case management leadership experience preferred.
β Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
β Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage all levels of hospital leadership.
β Business planning and project management experience preferred.
