About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scientist, Electrical Engineering to lead cutting-edge ASIC and hardware development for mission-critical navigation solutions. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on high-performance embedded systems designed for defense, aerospace, and military applications, including GPS, Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) technologies.
As a technical leader and innovator, you will drive ASIC design, development, testing, and manufacturing while collaborating across teams to deliver advanced solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on expertise in ASIC design, signal processing, and hardware engineering.

Serve as a thought leader in ASIC design for defense and commercial applications.
β
Lead ASIC development efforts, including architecture, RTL coding, synthesis, simulation, emulation, and manufacturing.
β
Drive innovation by improving processes, systems, and design methodologies.
β
Mentor and lead engineering teams to achieve critical milestones and performance goals.
β
Ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
β
Communicate technical strategies and project status across all levels of the organization.
What You Bring
β Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field (Masterβs preferred).
β 15+ years of experience in ASIC development, including design, testing, and manufacturing.
β Deep expertise in ASIC architecture, RTL coding, power analysis, timing, and layout.
β Proven track record in leading teams and delivering high-complexity ASICs with 100M+ gates/transistors.
β Strong experience with defense, military GPS, MGNSS, and PNT technologies.
β Proficiency in ASIC tools such as Palladium, Xcelium, Genus, Indago, JasperGold, and Conformal XL.
β Strong communication skillsβable to present complex ideas clearly to teams and stakeholders.
β U.S. Citizenship required (Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance).
