Job Purpose and Impact
We are seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Senior Supervisor to oversee the repair, maintenance, and installation of machinery, buildings, and utility systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills to cultivate a culture of safety, quality, and cost-effective maintenance. You will lead a team of technical professionals to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless support.
· Ensure adherence to safety protocols to safeguard employee well-being.
· Prioritize maintenance tasks and assign responsibilities accordingly.
· Minimize production disruptions by overseeing maintenance activities.
· Provide leadership, coaching, and decision-making in talent management, hiring, and performance evaluations.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
· At least four years of relevant work experience.
· Minimum of four years of supervisory experience.
· Experience managing various maintenance disciplines, including contractor oversight (electrical, automation, mechanical).
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in feed mills.
